Office of the Controller
The Controller’s Office produces the audited financial statements of the University and serves as a principal liaison with external agencies on all financial matters. The Office ensures compliance with University, Trustee, State, and Federal requirements for funds received, spent, and reported.
The Office also provides important services to the University community including administration of post-award sponsored research, payroll, and tax. These services are provided in part through service centers overseen jointly with Mike Larson, controller of the Johns Hopkins Health System (JHHS).
